2013-BRJ-FlaTa

The client had incredible charisma and was in love with his native town, Brjansk, and with Cantù furniture. Brjank is in Russia, 400 kms South West of Moscow. The chief town of the region is not reachable by plane from the Russian capital city, but only driving through a forest which looks infinite.

The exigence was that of furnishing, in a classical way, a large duplex flat, which was part of an exclusive complex in the town centre.

After the first meetings I understood the client’s requirements, so I proposed a distributive layout which fulfilled the daily needs of a five-people family with three children in school age.

Everyone was reserved a bedroom with generous square footage, all rooms endowed with the necessary comforts for rest, study and wardrobe.

The three brothers only had to share a wide bathroom reserved for them.

The parents’ area was a real suite with a bathroom and a tailor-made wardrobe directly in their bedroom.

The flat was completed by:

-a hall, fitted with wardrobes for clothes and shoes, completely tailor-made;

– the fireplace area with display cabinets and two comfortable armchairs opposite a perfectly functioning marble fireplace;

-a made- to- measure classic kitchen, placed in a super equipped niche;

-an ample dining-living space with display cabinets, dressers and relax TV space;

– a library with a corner devoted to music.

All the furniture supply was realized modifying and adapting pieces from the catalogue and matching finishes and curtain fabrics and padded elements in coordination.
