Polianka, 44, is one of the coolest addresses in Moscow. The intervention, managed by the Italian-Russian contractor Codest, involved the reconstruction of 3 historical palaces and the construction of 5 more housing blocks for a total of 189 new luxury flats of 50 to 300 square metres, a few steps from the Kremlin.
With Moderus interior we succeeded in entering the planning and supplying of the sample flat, which the contractor wanted to use to entice clients to the purchase.
The style was modern and winked at some peculiarities typical of today’s fashion, so popular among the Muscovite scions who can afford to have a flat in such a prestigious location.
And so it was a profusion of light furniture, details in golden brass for the handles, inserts of white lacquered wood panelling, precious marbles, precious wood floors and velvets tone on tone for padded parts and curtains.
After making an inspection and the reliefs on site, we decided to have the curved wood panelling and the kitchen made in Italy. I took care of the executive project and carried on the production of all the customized pieces, while Moderus Moscow took care of completing the rest of the preparation with the supply of all the supporting pieces and the managing of the assembly.
