The villa in question is also in Grozny, the rebuilt capital of the Caucasus Republic, and it was carried out together with the Palace of Culture.
It is a private residence with a specific round layout and a dome with a balcony at the end.
This architectonic project was also signed by Slovene Architect Stefan Scek with Omnia-Arhing, while the interior concept was signed by Architect Maurizio Maggi.
Cappelletti Srl and Jumbo Collection handled the finishes starting from raw and I, as responsible on-site architect, took charge of the reliefs for the realisation of the executive designs of the custom-made furniture, and I was also charged with the relationship with the clients and with the direction of the works on site.
An architectonic direction which most times, given the absence of executive designs due to logistic and time reasons, had to face up to great improvisation and ability in order to solve the critical situations on the agenda.
